Kiki Moretti

Kiki Moretti is founder and CEO of Grupo In Press, a Brazilian holding of PR agencies and specialized services agencies including companies InPress Porter Novelli, FleishmanHillard Brazil, Media Guide, In Press Oficina, Vbrand, Critical Mass and The Buzz Now (TBN).

With a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), Kiki founded In Press in 1988 launching her path of 30 years among Brazilian communications leaders. InPress Porter Novelli was chosen Agency of the Year in 2006, 2009, 2011 and 2013 by Comunique-se and best PR Agency in Brazil according to PR Scope 2015 and 2017.

Kiki was the Brazilian representative in the 2015 Cannes Lions’ PR judging panel and nominated for the Caboré award 2016 in the category Communication Industry Leader.

Member of the WILL – Women in Leadership in Latin America – board, Kiki also officially signed the Women’s Empowerment Principles, making Grupo In Press a signatory of the UN Gender Equality Pact and strategic partner to UN Women. Recently, Grupo In Press has also become a signatory to the UN Global Compact, the largest corporate sustainability initiative in the world.

The CEO was nominated by Omnicom, Grupo In Press’ international partner, to lead the Brazilian chapter of Omniwomen, a program that encourages higher female presence in leadership offices in the holding’s agencies.

Currently, Kiki Moretti leads a team of over 600 persons, where 75% of the leaders are women in offices in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Brasília and Belo Horizonte.
